PRICE AND RESERVATION POLICIES

The prices and the conditions could be subjected to increases or variations.
Prices for board per person and day including service and VAT.

The price does not include the tourist tax, which is defined as Euro 1,00.- per person per day for a maximum of 14 consecutive nights, provided they are made in the same structure; children up to 18 years are excluded.

WBC (Welcome Back Card)
If you have received a WelcomeBackCard, we remind you that you must already provide the discount code when making your booking request (either by email or by telephone). Without prior notification, no discount will be granted directly at the hotel during check-in/check-out.
In addition, this discount cannot be combined with the early bird account or other offers.
The WBC is only valid for one room and not for multiple rooms and cannot be transferred to relatives or friends.
The WBC can also be used for other hotels in the Apogia Hotels Group.

EXTRA CHARGES

3rd and 4th person (from 2 years) in room only (RO): Euro 22.-
3rd and 4th person (from 2 years) in bed and breakfast (BB): Euro 32.-

Baby cot rental (per day): Euro 15.-

Additional charge for FINAL KITCHENETTE cleaning (only after being used): Euro 20.-

The daily room cleaning (except kitchenette) is included in the price. Supplement for extra kitchenette cleaning, per day (on request): Euro 15.-

Damage deposit: Euro 50.-
The deposit will be returned after checking the apartment. In case of any damages found in the apartment, the deposit will be retained.

PETS: Euro 10.- per day (food not included)

 

RESTAURANT SERVICE (lunch/dinner)
Lunch and dinner for a surcharge and are served in our sister and neighbour Hotel, HOTEL ARGENTINA (30 m)
Adult (per person, per meal – drinks not included): Euro 18.-
Children from 2 to 11 years (per person, per meal – drinks not included): Euro 12.-

 

The room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

For the hotel bill we prefer cash, we take bankomat and credit cards (only Visa or Mastercard)

In case you leave earlier than expected, no-show, late arrival, or sudden travel date changes, the entire amount of the hotel reservation can be charged.

 

Cancellation fee
Online reservations

- Until 5 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee
- From  4 to 1 day before arrival date: 50% of the entire amount
- No-Show: 100% of the entire amount will be charged

Reservations via email, phone, etc.
In order to guarantee the reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the price of the entire stay.
- until 5 days before arrival date: no cancellation fee
- from 4 days before arrival date to No-Show: 100% of the deposit will be charged  

During the opening and closing period the hotel management reserves the right to book the reservation to one of our similar hotels with the same services and to the same price conditions.
